Energize and strengthen your total body with a focus on core, posture, balance, stability, flexibility, weight loss, and cardiovascular fitness. Barre class also includes the use of yoga, Pilates, and functional training. Please bring a bottle of water and an exercise mat. Instructor: Carol Lee
