Divisions
- Advocacy Liaison- It is the policy of the Pflugerville Police Department to observe the rights of crime victims and to ensure they will be treated with fairness, compassion, and dignity. 
- Command Staff
- Central Records- The Central Records Division provides support to all areas of the Police Department. 
- Chaplain Program- The Pflugerville Police Chaplains serve as an important link between the Pflugerville Police Department and the faith community. 
- Community Services- Community Services serves the community. 
- Criminal Investigations (CID)- The Criminal Investigations Division (C.I.D.) is responsible for the follow-up investigations of misdemeanor and felony complaints. 
- Dispatch / Communications- Communications, also called Dispatch, is a division with the primary function to satisfy the immediate communication needs of the agencies in their daily activities and during emergencies. 
- Emergency Management Services- It is possible for a major disaster to occur at any time and at any place. 
- Hire an Off-Duty Officer- The Pflugerville Police Department allows officers to work secondary law enforcement-related jobs during their off-duty time. 
- Patrol- The uniformed patrol division is the largest division in the Police Department. 
- Professional Standards Unit- Professional Standards is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, internal affairs investigations, use of force reviews and vehicle fleet maintenance. 
- Property & Evidence- Property that is collected as evidence, recovered from any source or turned over as found property for safekeeping, is stored in the Property and Evidence Room. 
- Media Inquiries- The Police PIO is the media liaison and manages communications and public information for the Police Department.
