Library offers book delivery to those who are home-bound
Not everyone has a car or can physically make it to the Pflugerville Community Library, so to make it easier for all residents the Library offers a home-bound delivery service.
Qualified candidates with chronic mobility issues making it very difficult to come to the library may apply to participate in the program which is available to applicants living within the Pflugerville Independent School District boundary.
With the library's extensive online catalog, the home bound member can browse, select and request items, put them on reserve and the Friends of the Library have graciously offered to deliver the items for delivery every other Thursday. The Library will gather items together for the home bound client and may also assist with book/cd/dvd selections. To see if you or a family member qualify for the program, please call the Library at 512-990-6375.
