 What is M.O.V.E.? Each session will motivate and engage your mind, body, and soul. Sessions include exercises that condition the body, challenge and develop balance & strength using hand weights, ankle weights, and resistance bands. M.O.V.E. sessions also include breathing exercises, stretching exercises, laughter yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
