One centered person between Heaven and Earth. Tai Chi is a slow, continuous, relaxed and focused movement. It provides the benefits of meditation, the positive effects of exercise, and helps to improve coordination, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi can help you reduce stress and attain feelings of well-being. This class will teach you the 24 movements of the simplified form and is suitable for both beginner and continuing students.
