Mostly Muscles

Aerobic and conditioning movements to target large and small muscle groups. Class will be a mixture of using step, weights, stretch bands, exercise balls and weighted bars. It is for all levels of abilities. Dress in lightweight workout clothes. Bring a yoga mat and water to drink. Instructor: Linda Spataro.
