Aqua Aerobics

Taught by Corey, this class will feature senior friendly exercises and is a cool way to stay in shape this summer. Aquatic exercise have been proven to build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and assist in healing injuries. Exercising underwater also reduces the “jar” seniors may feel from constant foot-striking, lessening the burden that is placed on the body.
